he555 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistani Players

In this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "he555" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated under the he555 brand, accessible at he555.bio and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or interacts with any part of the he555 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on he555 through which all gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Services" means all products and features available on he555, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables (W Live), sports betting, Super Keno, and payment processing facilities.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value credited to a User's he555 Account, whether deposited or accrued through winnings.

• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees. "USDT" refers to the Tether USD-pegged stablecoin accepted as a deposit and withdrawal method on he555.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, use of he555 is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be located in, or accessing he555 from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by local law, and where your participation would expose he555 or yourself to legal liability.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of he555 or any software provider supplying games to the he555 platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded from he555 or have had a prior Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must access he555 only for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

he555 reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any point during a User's registration or ongoing account lifecycle. Failure to cooperate with such verification may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending resolution.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on he555 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering on he555, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he555 Account credentials, including your username and password. he555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your he555 Account, you must notify the he555 support team immediately via live chat.

he555 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your he555 Account.

All funds deposited by a User into their he555 Account must originate from payment sources registered in the User's own name. he555 prohibits the use of third-party payment methods and reserves the right to request proof that deposited funds belong to the Account holder before processing withdrawals.

• he555 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or mobile wallet provider. Such delays must be resolved with the relevant third-party provider directly.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit claims may result in permanent Account suspension and recovery of any associated losses from any remaining balance.

Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time from their he555 Account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. he555 processes standard withdrawal requests within the timelines stated on the platform — typically under 3 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 1–5 minutes for USDT withdrawals.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the Account holder's own name and that matches the payment method used for deposits where feasible.
• he555 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks before processing any withdrawal. Requests may be held pending documentation review. Typical documentation includes a valid government-issued identity document.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are available for withdrawal.
• he555 reserves the right to impose enhanced review procedures on withdrawal requests above stated thresholds, which may extend processing times beyond standard windows.
• Funds will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances. If your registered payment method becomes unavailable, contact support to update your withdrawal details before submitting a request.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions. Where these specific bonus terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are available only to Users who have fully completed the account registration and verification process.
• he555 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of bonus promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using professional betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, or any other scheme he555 deems to constitute bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in Account suspension.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Free spin winnings and other non-deposit bonus winnings may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant offer terms.

All games and betting markets on he555 operate under their own published rules, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the game rules prevail with respect to that specific game's operation, and these Terms prevail in all other respects.

• All slot games on he555 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited under international gaming standards. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage represents the theoretical long-term payout rate and does not guarantee specific session outcomes.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on he555 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game.
• Money laundering or the deposit of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent account-level restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward he555 support staff or other players.
• Misuse of the he555 platform for any commercial or business purpose without explicit written consent from he555.

he555 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. he555 will not be liable for losses sustained during periods of platform unavailability caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, power failures, force majeure events, or government-directed access restrictions affecting Pakistani users.

he555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable withdrawal fees, bonus clawbacks, and any amounts owed to he555 will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

A User may close their own Account at any time by contacting the he555 support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets or bonus funds active at the time of closure may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable product rules.

he555's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the he555 Privacy Policy.
